If you're starting a business or expanding your current enterprise, you need a strong plan to reach your goals. Learn how to create a "living" document to keep your business moving toward your goals and objectives. Also gain resources for market research, marketing strategy, and preparing financial statements. By course end, you'll have an understanding of the essential components of a strong business plan.
